Akçe Engineering is a company that provides engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning services in the field of industrial gas production and cryogenic technologies, recognized in the sector for its reliability and high quality standards. Our company designs and establishes Air Separation Units (ASU) that separate nitrogen, oxygen and argon gases in the atmosphere by cooling them to their boiling points and separating them in liquid phase.   • Plant design can be made starting from 500 m³/h capacity up to 84,000 m³/h capacity. Special solutions can be offered for the production of all oxygen, nitrogen and argon with a single system or only oxygen/nitrogen production.
  • Products are delivered to customers at the required pressure and phase: LOX (Liquid Oxygen), GOX (Gas Oxygen), LIN (Liquid Nitrogen), GAN (Gas Nitrogen).
  • The engineering process is carried out turnkey; all stages of feasibility, design, production, assembly and commissioning are undertaken by our company.
  • Thanks to Coldbox technology, air is cooled to low temperatures and gases are separated with high purity. Cryogenic tanks from 1,000 L to 200,000 L can be used for storage.
  • Reliable cryogenic solutions are provided in metallurgy, chemistry, petrochemical, healthcare, food-beverage and energy sectors.

Our Vacuum-Insulated Pipe (VIP) Systems

We design and manufacture double-walled, vacuum-insulated pipelines for transferring cryogenic liquids (LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, LCO₂) with minimum boil-off loss. Multi-layer super-insulation (MLI) and high vacuum reduce heat ingress to a minimum.

Double-Wall Vacuum Insulation

High vacuum between inner and outer pipe halts heat transfer; low boil-off loss.

Super Insulation (MLI) + Perlite

Multi-layer reflective insulation or perlite fill to minimize radiation and conduction losses.

Phase Separator

Separates the gas phase formed in the line so that only the liquid phase reaches the point of use.

Flexible Vacuum Connections

Flexible vacuum-insulated hoses and compensators to accommodate thermal expansion.

Vacuum-Jacketed Valves & Fittings
